AD35 University Archives and Records Management

Policy AD35 has been edited for the consistent use of and to clarify the DEFINITION OF TERM. Reorganized the POLICY section to align with the Records and Information Lifecycle as well as the services, procedures, and processes related to how University Records are managed. Added the new section of ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES to define the differences between the Records Management Program and the University Archives, as well as role and responsibility of the Units/College/Campuses to manage University Records.

Policy Guideline FNG02 Limited Delegation of Contract Approvals revised

Policy Guideline FNG02 Limited Delegation of Contract Approval received editorial revisions to change Hershey Medical Center to Penn State Health; updating the Office of General Counsel mailing address; and updating the Software Request form hyperlink information.

All changes are effective August 6, 2019.

Policy Revisions - FN23 - Identity Theft Detection, Prevention, and Mitigation Program

Policy FN23 - Identity Theft Detection, Prevention, and Mitigation Program has been revised to change the Program Administrator from the Chief Privacy Officer to the University Bursar.  Changes have also been made to the policy to indicate the establishment of the Red Flags committee and to more accurately reflect current operations.
